1、5年以上Android开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2、具有移动应用开发经验，熟悉Android平台的开发流程和技术。 3、熟悉Flutter、KMP等跨平台移动应用开发框架，有相关项目经验者优先。 4、熟悉鸿蒙Next移动应用开发框架，有相关项目经验者优先。 5、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与多个团队协作，共同推动项目进展。 6、具有快速学习和解决问题的能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中独立工作和承担压力。 7、对移动应用前端技术有浓厚的兴趣和热情，愿意不断学习和探索新的技术和工具。 8、能够熟练使用AI工具进行编程，并且对AI能力有极致的追求
