1. 学历与专业 - 本科及以上学历，计算机/物流相关专业优先。 2. 知识与能力 -精通产品设计与管理全流程，具备完整系统方案规划和落地能力。 -具备较强的战略思维与业务洞察能力，能够从复杂的业务场景中提炼出关键需求并提出创新解决方案。 -具备持续优化的意识与能力，能够引领业务及产品的迭代创新，并推动系统性能与用户体验的持续提升。 -具备四级及以上英语水平，能够使用英语作为工作语言者优先。 -具备团队管理与带教经验者优先。 3. 工作经历： -5年以上物流或相关行业产品管理经验，有海外快递行业产品经验者优先。 -拥有成功主导大中型项目的经验，具备从0到1的产品设计实施落地能力。 -智能设备、自动化设备；扫描轨迹上传、推送、快件查询、退转寄、中心考勤计件，操作类核心监控报表方向优先 4.个性特征 -出色的跨地域沟通与协作能力，能够在国际化环境中推动产品和业务的本地化落地；
