1. 负责欧洲、澳洲业务的数据需求对接，完成需求分析、产品方案设计及落地跟进。 2. 负责BI报表体系规划与标准化建设，推动报表统一规范、整合复用及持续优化。 3. 负责管理驾驶舱建设，围绕核心业务指标提供可视化监控及数据分析能力。 4. 推动业务指标口径、数据字典及数据质量建设，保障数据准确性与一致性。 5. 规划自助取数、自助分析等数据产品，提升业务自主用数能力。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上数据产品、BI或数据分析相关经验。 2. 熟悉帆软 FineReport/FineBI，有BI报表平台建设或标准化治理经验优先。 3. 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉SQL、指标体系及数据治理基本方法。 4. 具备较强的业务理解、需求分析及产品方案设计能力，能够独立输出PRD及原型。 5. 沟通协调及项目推动能力强，能够协同业务、开发、测试推动需求落地。 6. 有快递物流、海外业务或欧洲/澳洲项目经验优先。 7. 能接受欧洲、澳洲等区域短期出差。
