1.负责与业务对接，深度理解业务逻辑并为业务团队输出必要的财经支持工作，促进业务财务双向融合，促进经营目标达成； 2.主导年度预算编制，深度参与业务部门的预算编制，对预算数据的准确性和合理性进行分析和监控；实时跟进预算执行情况，持续优化预算模型； 3.构建专项分析报告体系，并应对不断变化的业务场景及管理分析维度的拓展，持续优化分析报告体系， 为各级管理人员提供多维度经营财经视角洞察，向业务团队提出合理化建议； 4.协助市场部门解决客户相关财务问题并给出解决方案，并协助对客户进行全生命周期管理； 5.负责本组织团队建设及人才梯队培养； 6.部门负责人及公司领导交办的其他事项。

1.学历月专业：财务、经管类统招本科及以上学历，CPA/CMA/ACCA持证者优先； 2.工作经验：8年以上财务工作经验，至少5年以上财务BP或财务分析经验，2年以上团队管理经验；有快递行业经验者优先考虑； 3.知识与技能：熟练使用Excel/Power BI等数据分析工具，了解SQL/Python使用者加分；具有出色的跨部门协调能力、推动力及沟通能力；具有较强的信息搜集、数据分析能力；较强的逻辑思维能力，善于发现和总结问题；具有较好的团队合作精神及抗压能力， 4.个性特征：工作积极主动，抗压力强，有好奇心。
