职位描述： 1、收入分析体系迭代与决策支持：负责在现有完善的收入分析体系基础上，持续进行框架优化与模型迭代，注入新的分析视角、多维交叉维度及前瞻性洞察，深度嵌入业务全链路，输出具有战略价值的财务建议，驱动业务策略落地与收入结构优化。 2、制度标准化建设：主导修订并完善收入管控分析相关的标准化作业文件，确保流程规范、口径统一，提升组织协同效率。 3、数据基建与线上化报表：熟练运用Python、SQL、AI等工具进行多源数据提取、清洗与深度处理，独立设计并落地线上化、自动化的报表解决方案，推动分析效率的质效跃升。 4、经营分析与报告统筹：统筹各类业务财务分析报告的编制与定期汇报工作，建立“监测-预警-归因-建议”的闭环分析机制，并持续调优分析框架与赋能内容。 5、专项项目管理与推动：积极参与公司级或部门级重点项目，作为牵头人主导项目全流程管理，统筹协调跨部门资源，把控项目关键里程碑与风险节点，确保项目按计划高质量落地，并对整体进展与最终产出负责。 6、预算与预测管理：统筹年度/月度收入预算及滚动预测工作，协同业务部门完成项目预算编制，跟踪执行偏差并输出偏差分析报告，为资源调配提供决策依据。 7、内控与风险合规：严格遵从公司内控要求，规范收入确认、结算与回款全流程管理，有效识别并规避审计、税务及流程风险，保障业务合规运行。 8、一线洞察与经营诊断：深入代理区一线，扎根业务场景，系统学习并理解代理区的分析框架与经营模式，独立开展经营诊断，识别增长卡点与机会点，输出可落地的改善方案，助力代理区营收增长与网络生态稳定。

职位要求： 1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，财务、金融或其他经济类等相关专业； 2、知识与能力：熟练使用各类办公软件与统计分析工具，具备极强的财务专业知识，中高级会计职称、CPA证书者优先； 3、工作经历：8年以上财务工作经验，有大型企业或快递物流企业财务分析管理工作经验者优先 4、个性特征：具备极强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，责任心与抗压能力强，思考与创新能力佳。 5、其他要求：对工作地点相对灵活，能接受出差等；
