岗位职责 负责考勤系统全生命周期运营，制定产品运营策略，覆盖考勤排班、假勤管理、异常管理等核心模块。 深挖一线需求，聚焦直营与外包体系考勤全流程，包括劳务用工流程、计时计件、操作工班次设置等。 搭建产品运营数据指标体系，涵盖功能使用率、用户活跃度、异常处理效率、用户满意度等核心指标，定期分析数据，定位运营短板与产品优化点，驱动产品迭代升级，提升效率。 结合快递物流行业特点推动产品升级，确保用工及考勤规则合规并转化为产品功能。 高效协同业务，对产品整体交付负责，确保系统高效落地与问题闭环。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，5年以上HR产品经验，3年以上B端HR SaaS产品运营经验，其中至少1年考勤类系统运营经验。 熟悉考勤模块业务流程，精通考勤排班、假勤管理等产品配置能力，有集团级考勤系统或HRSaaS核心考勤模块落地经验，快递物流等劳动密集型行业或大型集团复杂用工场景经验优先。 数据敏感度高，能通过数据分析发现产品问题并提出优化方案。 具备良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力和抗压能力。
