1、战略承接与业务洞察： （1）深度解码集团业务短期及长期战略，基于极兔全球业务版图，精准识别业务痛点与机会点，运用HR专业视角及敏锐的商业触觉，为集团及海外业务单元提供前瞻性、高适配的HR综合解决方案。 2、组织发展与效能提升： （1）主导或参与业务单元的专项人才盘点与培养项目，定期开展组织健康度诊断及团队深度访谈，系统分析组织效能问题，输出并推动落地可量化的解决方案，持续优化组织形态； （2）建立并动态监控部门人力效能指标体系（含人效、人才结构、成本分析等），依据业务波动及时调整资源配置策略，为管理层提供数据驱动的决策依据。 3、政策落地与制度优化： （1）深度理解并转化公司全球/区域人力资源政策、流程及管理制度，负责推动制度在业务端的有效执行与闭环监督，及时诊断制度执行偏差，并进行适应性优化与干预，完善团队内部管理机制。 4、人才梯队与关键人才管理： （1）聚焦关键人才的全生命周期管理，主导高潜人才的融入、评估与晋升培养计划，通过系统化的人才跟踪机制，夯实并激活部门人才梯队，保障组织人才供应链的持续健康。 5、综合解决方案与文化建设： （1）敏锐识别组织与团队层面的潜在问题与风险，熟练运用组织发展（OD）、人才发展（TD）等专业理论、方法及工具，为业务团队定制输出涵盖绩效、激励、文化等维度的全方位解决方案； （2）统筹负责团队氛围建设与价值观落地，推动极兔企业文化在业务单元及海外属地团队的深度融合，助力组织变革与长远发展。

1、核心经验与行业背景： （1）具备5年以上HRBP或HR综合管理经验，其中至少2年以上支持过规模化、快速发展的业务团队；熟悉互联网、物流或跨境供应链行业者优先。有海外学习、工作或支持海外业务经验者将获重点考虑。 2、专业技能与思维： （1）精通劳动法及相关法规，在HR六大模块中至少精通组织发展、薪酬绩效、人才发展三个模块，具备扎实的专业功底；拥有出色的数据分析能力与公文/报告撰写能力； （2）具备独立操盘HR专项项目的能力，包括但不限于：组织架构调整方案拟定、年度绩效目标分解与落地、关键人才培养项目全流程设计及执行。 3、软性素质与潜力： （1）具备极强的商业敏感度与战略思维，能够穿透业务数据看组织本质；拥有卓越的复杂问题分析与解决能力，擅长跨层级、跨文化沟通协作，具备在高压环境下从容处理多重任务的抗压能力； （2）自驱力强，热爱学习，对国际业务及跨文化管理抱有浓厚兴趣；亲和力佳，原则性强，兼具优秀的团队合作精神与高度的职业责任心。 4、关键储备条件（B角培养专属）： （1）语言能力： 外语加分（会东南亚小语种如印尼语、泰语等更佳）； （2）地域灵活性： 愿意接受未来根据集团安排，派驻至极兔大型海外国家担任HR负责人，承担全盘人力资源管理职责。
