1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、10年以上人力资源工作经验，其中5年以上团队管理经验。管理具备成熟的HRBP业务赋能经验，快递、物流、供应链行业总部经验优先； 3、熟悉HR全模块工作，具备优秀的业务洞察力、跨部门沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能快速融入并赋能业务； 4、具备良好的文案撰写、项目规划与落地复盘能力，可独立牵头人力专项优化项目； 5、思维灵活、积极好学、踏实肯干，抗压能力强，具备良好的职业素养与目标执行力。
