1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力 1）具备扎实的 IT 专业知识，精通产品或技术管理； 2）对快递行业有一定的了解和兴趣，愿意在快递行业的海外市场长期发展； 3）英语能够作为工作语言进行日常沟通、技术交流和文档撰写优先； 3、工作经历 1）3年以上物流快递经验，5年以上管理工作经验； 2）有海外留学、工作经验或参与过国际项目者优先考虑； 4、个性特征 1）有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速适应海外不同的文化和工作环境； 2）具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨文化、跨部门的团队有效协作； 3）具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力，能够在复杂多变的海外业务环境中应对各种挑战 5、备注：该岗位为海外储备干部，海外（拉美、中东、东南亚等区域）有合适岗位open，需外派海外。
