1.负责对接集团总部及海外国家公司，统筹推进IT领域内控及风控全流程工作，确保IT风控要求与集团战略、海外业务实际高效适配。 2.系统性开展集团及海外业务层面、系统层面的风险盘点、专项风险评估、内控合规检查及复盘工作，跟踪问题整改落地，推动IT内部控制体系在全集团（含海外）有效落地执行。 3.牵头组织、协调集团跨部门、跨国家的IT内控标准化建设及重大IT内控项目，统筹项目进度、协调各方资源，把控项目质量，确保项目按期达成预期目标。 4.负责IT风控与内控工作的数字化升级，牵头搭建或主导优化风险管理相关工具及系统，提升IT风控工作效率与专业化水平。

1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、网络工程、IT审计等IT相关专业优先考虑。 2、5年及以上IT内控、IT风控、信息安全或相关领域工作经验；拥有信息安全、数据分析、产品研发背景或相关项目经历者优先考虑。 3、具备较强的跨部门、跨区域沟通协调能力，责任心强、自驱力突出，能独立应对IT风控相关复杂工作。 4、接受海外项目出差，能适应跨时区沟通协作；英语可作为工作语言。
