1、负责需求评审和概要设计； 2、负责软件的详细设计并按研发流程完成需求开发、迭代及系统维护； 3、协同本部门、跨部门、跨平台沟通合作； 4、对负责的项目明确并对齐目标、拆解计划、把控风险、落实执行。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历； 2、知识与能力： （1）熟练掌握Java语言相关基本概念，如集合、多线程等，掌握常用的设计模式，熟练掌握JVM、包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化； （2）熟练掌握包括但不限于：SpringCloud,降级、限流、熔断、ZK、分库分表、消息中间件（RocketMQ、RabbitMQ、kfk等）、Oracle、Mysql、Redis、ES等； （3）熟练掌握Oracle存储过程、触发器、执行计划，并有3年及以上的开发使用及优化经验； （4）有自己擅长的编程领域，比如对微服务架构、分布式消息系统、分布式缓存、分布式事务、分布式任务调度、并发编程有深入理解和实际开发经验者； (5)有BI开发经验、会存储过程、数据库：oracle、clickhouse 、 StarRocks OLAP引擎、数据同步：flinkCDC 等有数据分析经验优先； 3、工作经历：5年及以上Java编码经验；有高并发或日均千万级数据量场景开发/调优经验优先考虑；有从事银行、金融、财务、账务、税务行业背景者优先 及 物流/快递行业背景者优先考虑。 4、性格特征：具备良好的沟通协调能力、高效的执行力、团队精神与抗压能力。
