1、学历与专业：统招本科，计算机软件或相关专业，英语四级，具备至少3年Saas系统开发和设计经验； 2、知识与能力： ① 熟练掌握常用JavaSE各类基础知识，熟练使用各种技术框架； ② 熟练使用Springboot框架，以及Springcloud生态来进行项目系统开发； ③ 掌握一种ORM框架，学习并了解框架的设计，了解框架的各项扩展性； ④ 熟练使用RocketMQ和Kafka两种消息框架，并具备处理异常的能力，了解框架的各种机制； ⑤ 对主流框架的源码进行过深入解读，精通内部原理和具体实现； ⑥ 具备生产问题快速排查，定位和解决能力； ⑦ 良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力，工匠精神和独立思考能力； ⑧ 能够熟练使用AI工具辅助编程，具备Spec-coding能力和经验者优先；
