【岗位职责】 1. 系统规划： 根据集团年度业务战略，制定并推动执行云仓系统整体建设规划与技术路线图。 2. 全球项目统筹： 统筹制定各国系统实施计划，主导跨国项目的调研、实施与上线全过程，确保全球交付标准统一与质量可控。 3. 技术方案设计： 负责仓储自动化设备的技术选型评估、接口方案设计及关键集成技术方案的制定与评审。 4. 体系建设与赋能： 建立集团级系统标准实施方案、运维规范及培训体系，并定期组织各国技术人员的赋能培训。 5. 需求管理与推进： 集中管理并评审各国系统需求，联合集团产研团队制定技术方案，主导排期并推动复杂需求的高质量落地。 6. 持续优化： 定期复盘全球系统运行效能，主导挖掘系统性优化与创新机会，通过技术手段赋能业务，实现运营效率提升与成本优化。

【任职要求】 1. 业务精通与架构视野： 精通跨境B2C/B2B物流全链路业务流程，深刻理解物流中台（OMS）、仓储管理系统（WMS）、运输管理系统（TMS）、业财结算系统（BMS）、精益运营分析系统等系统架构与集成原理。 2. 丰富的项目交付经验： 5年以上物流系统项目管理或规划经验，熟悉从售前到交付的全流程。具备至少3个大型、跨区域系统项目成功交付经验。有SaaS产品管理经验者优先。 3. 卓越的管理与协作能力： 具备高度的责任心、抗压能力和出色的跨文化、跨部门协同能力。拥有成熟的数据分析、沟通方法论及团队指导经验。 4. 出差适应性： 能适应高频次的海外出差工作节奏。
