1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、知识与能力 1）熟悉产品研发项目全过程，包括需求、架构设计、开发、测试、上线、运维、质量等； 2）有丰富的多部门协同、跨组织沟通经验，能以目标为导向解决过程复杂问题； 3、工作经历： 1）8年以上工作经验，5年以上项目管理经验； 2）有以PMO角色主导过公司战略级项目管理经验优先； 3）具有快递行业从业经验； 4、个性特征：本分，责己，以结果导向，具有较强的抗压和思辨能力。
