1、成本管理：负责全国转运中心成本策略制定与改善落地，通过数据分析定位优化点，协同区域推进降本增效项目，构建成本竞争优势； 2、时效与质量管理：统筹转运中心运营质量体系，覆盖分拣、中转、流转全环节，管控破损率、时效达成率等核心指标，推动问题整改，降低异常，保障快件准时、完好中转； 3、项目与协同：牵头成本、时效、质量提升类专项，联动规划、质控、财务、采购等部门及代理区，打通协作壁垒，提升整体操作与管理效率； 4、体系与合规：完善成本与质量制度，推动精益化管理落地；排查运营环节中的成本浪费、时效延误及合规风险，建立预警与应急预案，守住运营底线。

学历：本科及以上，物流、财务、运营等相关专业优先； 1、经验：8年以上物流快递经验，精通转运中心成本精益化、时效及质量管理；有主导公司级运营改善项目经验者优先； 2、能力：强数据分析与项目统筹能力；能搭建管控体系并推动长效改善；擅于跨部门协同与3、团队建设；熟悉快递合规与风险管控； 4、特质：原则性强，职业操守过硬；责任心强，能抗压，主动闭环解决问题。
