The posting

4. 市场营销对接与协同 对接市场营销团队，协同推进市场活动与销售线索转化；收集整理市场活动反馈数据，支持营销物料的制作与分发；跟踪市场活动ROI，为销售策略优化提供数据支撑。

5. 知识分享与流程优化 深入理解产品知识与业务流程，参与优化工作手册/SOP；推动团队能力共同成长。

教育程度及专业要求 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。

工作经验 具备1年以上销售支持、客户服务或相关岗位工作经验；有云仓、物流或供应链行业经验者优先。

知识/技能要求 1. 具备良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识； 2. 能够处理多任务，具备较强的时间管理和问题解决能力； 3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT的数据处理与演示功能； 4. 工作细致有条理，有责任心，具备良好的学习能力和沟通意愿。
