1、业务需求统筹分析：对接网点操作、中转分拣、干线运输、末端派送等快递全链路业务，开展需求调研、梳理、拆解与可行性论证，输出标准化需求方案，确保需求贴合业务实际、可落地、可迭代。 2、快递系统产品规划：负责快递核心系统、收派、路由、分拣、运输等系统的产品规划与迭代优化，结合业务痛点制定产品迭代策略与功能规划，协同技术团队完成产品落地，持续提升系统运营效能。 3、需求全流程管控：搭建并落地标准化需求管理机制，统筹需求提报、评审、排期、落地、验收、复盘全生命周期管理，合理把控需求优先级，保障系统迭代高效、有序推进。 4、团队管理与培养：协助部门负责人统筹需求分析、产品规划团队日常工作，负责人员分工、进度管控、成果审核，建立团队工作标准，组织培训与复盘，提升团队整体专业能力与交付质量。 5、业务优化与跨部门协同：深度挖掘业务流程与系统痛点，主动输出系统优化、流程升级方案并推动落地；对接业务、技术、运营等多部门，高效协同推进问题解决与项目落地，保障业务与系统高效联动。

1、学历要求：全日制本科及以上学历，物流管理、计算机、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2、核心经验：具备快递行业系统产品、需求分析相关工作经验，熟悉快递全链路业务及核心系统；具备项目统筹、小组带队、团队管理经验，有快递数字化项目落地经验者优先。 3、专业能力：熟练掌握需求调研、梳理、方案撰写，可独立输出MRD、业务流程图等专业文档；具备良好产品思维，熟悉互联网产品迭代与研发对接流程，可独立落地业务优化方案。 4、管理能力：具备基础的团队管理、工作统筹及人员培养能力，擅长进度管控、风险把控与复盘总结，能够带领小组高效完成需求管理与产品交付工作。 5、综合素养：逻辑思维清晰，沟通协调、问题解决能力突出，抗压能力强，能够适配快递行业快节奏工作模式；工作严谨负责，具备优秀的团队协作意识。 6、优先条件：熟悉快递操作、路由、分拣、运输等核心系统模块；有大型快递物流企业需求团队管理经验者优先。
