岗位职责 1.合规体系管理：依据邮政、公安、消防、应急等行业监管法规，结合快递转运、干线运输、分拣、末端派送、跨境寄递全业务，搭建并优化公司安全合规制度、作业流程和管控标准，确保整体业务合法合规运营。 2.结合快递转运、分拣、末端派送、跨境寄递等全业务场景，搭建并持续优化公司安全合规制度、作业流程和管控标准；推动安全管理系统化、数字化建设，利用技术手段强化违禁品/危险品识别、车辆运输监控及用户隐私数据保护，构建坚实的安全技术与管理防线。 3.专项合规落地：落实快递实名收寄、收寄验视、过机安检三项制度，管控危险品识别与寄递合规，负责数据安全、用户隐私保护、跨境寄递合规等专项工作，配合行业整治、合规审计、资质备案。 4.监管对接与应急处理：作为公司安全应急核心负责人，全面对接各地邮政局、公安、消防、应急等监管部门，跟进政策更新并推动内部合规升级；牵头制定并完善各级突发事件应急预案，确保政企沟通顺畅及应急响应高效。 5.培训宣贯与落地优化：开展全国安全合规培训、案例警示教育与日常宣贯，提升全员合规意识；跟踪制度落地情况，解决一线执行难点，持续优化合规管理机制。 6.数据复盘与台账管理：建立安全合规台账，统计隐患、整改、培训、违规数据，定期输出月度/季度工作总结及风险复盘报告，归档合规资料，为管理层决策提供数据支撑。

1. 本科及以上学历，物流、安全工程、消防、法学、信息安全等相关专业优先。 2. 5年-8年快递物流行业安全合规工作经验，有快递总部/区域统筹经验、头部快递企业从业经历优先。 3. 熟悉快递行业监管政策、安全生产、寄递合规及危险品管控要求，精通国家突发事件应对法及邮政业应急预案管理规范，了解政府检查与合规审计流程。 4. 具备体系搭建、风险排查、专项合规推进、突发事件处理、报告撰写能力，落地执行与统筹协调能力强。 5. 持有注册安全工程师、消防、危险品运输、信息安全相关证书优先。
