岗位职责： 1.根据公司业务发展需要，建立并维护与省级政府职能管理部门的沟通机制，维护良好政企关系，确保沟通渠道畅通高效。 2.紧密关注并深入研究各地政府相关政策法规，具备高度政策敏感性，负责收集、解读及研判政策动向，统筹区域政府事务（包括来访接待、会议参与、报告撰写、项目合作等），为公司营造良好运营环境。 3.策划并执行公司公共事务相关活动，提升企业正面形象与美誉度。 4.牵头处理政府端重大舆情及危机公关事件，制定并落实应对策略。 5.协调总部与各代理区之间的政府事务，确保信息与资源高效对接。

1.本科及以上学历，8-10年政府事务或公共事务从业经验，熟悉政府工作流程，具备政府协作实操经验。 2.具备优秀的观察力、应变能力、人际交往与协调能力。 3.有丰富的政府端危机事件处理实操经验。 4.具备区域团队管理经验优先 5.在华南、华北、西南、东北等区域中的任一或多个地区，拥有较广泛的政府及行业资源。
