1、负责快递服务质量所需相关产品的规划和设计，包括不限于客诉系统、呼叫中心、工单系统、智能客服/在线客服（IM）、运营质量管理等多个系统（含国内外项目），推动产品研发落地； 2、负责质控服务系统建设，对平台型产品的易用性和复用性有很好的理解，关注用户体验，提升客服运营效率； 3、完善客服中心各业务的case处理机制，建立闭环，通过建立规范、完善工具、优化流程等手段不断优化服务时效和质量，提升客服效率及提高业务满意度； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，参与完善客服中心数据能力，通过数据反向推动各业务持续优化客服产品。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/物流等相关专业优先； 2、3~5年物流快递产品工作经验或者客服产品工作经验，有客诉系统、呼叫中心、工单系统、客服中心、质控系统建设等相关产品经验者优先； 3、有客服相关AI系统产品成功运营落地经验者优先； 4、熟悉产品设计流程，能独立完成方案设计，输出产品文档，并协同开发和测试团队完成产品的实施和落地。 5、有良好的自我驱动能力，以目标和结果为导向，能够基于设定的目标制定策略并执行； 6、有良好的业务流程梳理能力，对数据敏感，执行力强，可以对现在流程进行分析，提出改善建议； 7、有良好的职业道德和素养，良好沟通、组织、协调能力，较强的逻辑思维能力、抽象能力，能承受一定工作压力。
