岗位职责： 1、使用深度学习、机器学习、自然语言处理（NLP）等技术，参与落地高性能、高并发的算法项目，改善物流行业业务效率； 2、负责极兔全国及海外地址解析、段码分单、AOI数据、动态AOI、运力调度等项目的技术规划和落地； 3、可基于充足的GPU算力资源和海量数据，与数据挖掘工程师、机器学习工程师合作，探索算法在快递垂域的应用场景并落地； 4、分析和解释模型结果，提供相关的洞察和建议，以支持业务决策和优化； 5、面向集团各类业务场景，沉淀共性能力，实现深度学习、机器学习、自然语言处理（NLP）等技术的标准化与产品化； 6、负责机器学习算法团队管理；

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、人工智能、深度学习等相关专业，硕士or博士学历优先； 2、知识与能力： 1）熟悉并掌握常用的机器学习、深度学习以及自然语言处理（NLP）等技术； 2）熟练掌握Java/Python/Go等编程语言； 3）能够针对实际系统中的复杂问题进行调研、分析和抽象建模，能够灵活运用算法技术解决实际系统中的问题，对未来技术架构具有前瞻性和规划能力； 4）在NLP顶级会议上有论文发表者、有算法竞赛者以及参与过有影响力的开源项目开发者优先； 3、工作经历：5年及以上相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验 4、个性特征：做事细致、精确，保持持续学习的态度。
