The posting

1、负责快递产品的整个生命周期管理，结合公司战略规划，统筹整体网内政策结算及监控，落地财务结算相关产品的策划和设计，PRD文档撰写，以及推进研发交付落地； 2、负责后期政策分析及相关经营分析； 3、协助部门完成与跨部门的整体对接及沟通工作，推动相关项目产、研、测资源协调与组织，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作； 4、主导竞品的分析和产品运营指标的改善，确保产品功能的有效实施和用户体验的持续提升； 5、及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。

1、学历与专业：本科级以上学历； 2、知识与能力： (1)能主导用户调研或者访谈，根据用户痛点，挖掘出用户的需求，并实施落地； (2)熟悉财务方向IT产品设计，熟练使用1-2种产品设计工具，能独立完成产品方案以及交互设计、原型设计； (3)善于分析不同用户操作习惯，具有同理心，能深入用户的角色去思考问题； (4)能站在用户角度做产品调研、场景化思考、解决用户问题、持续为用户创造价值； 4、工作经历：3年及以上物流/财务同行工作经验，具备团队管理经验优先； 5、个性特征：具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能够建立良好的团队氛围。
