（一）项目实施与维护（权重 30%）​ 工作职责​ 负责公司产品及系统的实施工作，推进项目按计划顺利进行；​ 承担软件系统的安装部署、升级维护工作；​ 提供现场技术支持与日常维护服务，包括接听客户咨询电话、提供业务及技术咨询、指导与解释，同步收集客户反馈信息；​ 组织用户培训，编写培训文档，解答用户在系统使用过程中的疑问；​ 编写实施文档、使用手册、测试文档、验收文档等各类项目相关文档。​ （二）现场测试（权重 25%）​ 工作职责​ 对开发完成的产品进行功能与性能测试；​ 编写测试报告及测试流程，规范测试工作；​ 排查项目现场网络相关问题；​ 记录现场出现的各类问题，及时响应并处理客户提出的各项需求。​ （三）参与软件部分开发（权重 25%）​ 工作职责​ 根据公司业务需求编写需求文档，明确开发方向与标准；​ 依据需求文档开发对应的软件功能，并完成自我测试；​ 开展交互式测试，确保产品无 Bug 后正式上线。​ （四）协同供应商对接相关接口（权重 10%）​ 工作职责​ 深入了解并熟悉 JMS、极昼等业务相关平台系统的逻辑与接口；​ 配合第三方供应商开展接口测试工作，保障接口对接顺畅。​ （五）其他工作（权重 10%）​ 工作职责​ 负责完成上级领导安排的与岗位相关的其他临时性、辅助性工作。

1、大专，计算机类专业或有相关专业 ，1年以上实施相关工作经验 2、软件安装部署技能：掌握各类操作系统、数据库、中间件及应用软件的安装配置和部署技能 3、测试技能：掌握软件测试的方法与流程 4、培训技能：掌握系统培训的方法与技巧，能够对客户进行产品应用培训，使客户熟练使用相关系统 5、熟练使用Windows、Linux系统 良好的软件部署能力
