【岗位职责】 1、根据规划，针对转运中心运力进行对接、跟踪、验收等，安排车辆人员，管理/调动驾驶员，保障常规运力稳定； 2、针对车辆入场后进行管理，包括装卸排班（到达车辆装卸顺序）、停靠卡位（停靠的位置的告知）、场内线路（场内车辆如何行使及堵车如何处理）、等待排队进行管理引导（排队卸车和装车车辆停放位置，及停发要求，驾驶员的要求）、场地挪挂的管理； 3、协助处理转运中心出发及发生在自己省区内的异常事件，并及时汇报； 4、盘点总部&区域营运数据，并提出行之有效的改善方案； 5、盘点公司固定资产； 6、对接区域&甲方； 7、处理时效罚款的申诉； 8、保障旺季运力需求； 9、其他正常工作安排。

任职要求： • 年龄：35 周岁以内（能力突出者可适当放宽）； • 学历：大专及以上学历，物流管理、市场营销等相关专业优先； • 核心经验：3 年以上三方物流工作经验，具备快递干线运输、调车实操、承运商管理实战经验； • 资源要求：拥有一定运力资源（车队、承运商资源），熟悉物流行业资源整合逻辑； • 能力要求：具备甲方客户对接、客情维护能力，商务谈判与问题解决能力强； • 职业素养：有职业理性，目标感明确，抗压能力佳，能独立推进市场工作； • 发展潜力：愿意接受海外业务拓展机会，有相关规划者优先。
