1. 负责快递业务核心模块的功能测试，包括需求分析、用例设计、执行及回归； 2. 了解快递业务规则，针对性设计覆盖业务场景的测试用例； 3. 参与测试环境搭建与数据准备，保障测试环境的稳定性和数据合理性； 4. 与产品、开发、运维及业务团队紧密协作，推动问题闭环，保障业务上线质量； 5. 梳理并优化业务测试流程，沉淀测试用例库与业务知识库，提升团队测试效率； 6. 参与线上问题复盘，输出测试侧改进建议，降低同类问题复发率； 7. 核心技能标签：功能测试、接口测试、测试用例设计、缺陷管理、业务流程梳理、回归测试、自动化测试。

1. 1-5 年软件测试工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉快递/物流行业业务流程，有跨境快递业务测试经验者优先； 3. 具备扎实的功能测试能力，熟练掌握测试用例设计方法（等价类、边界值、场景法等）； 4. 熟悉接口测试（如 Postman、JMeter），能独立进行接口验证和问题排查； 5. 熟悉 Linux 基础操作，能查看日志，了解 Oracle 等数据库基本操作； 6. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与团队高效协作，自驱力强，可独立负责业务模块； 7. 有自动化测试或持续集成经验者优先。
