1、数据库日常运维与稳定性保障 1）负责 MySQL 生态（含 TiDB、TDSQL、OceanBase 等）数据库的日常运维，包括监控告警、性能分析与 SQL 优化、故障诊断及变更实施，确保数据库服务高可用； 2）主导数据库备份与恢复策略落地，保障数据完整性与可追溯性； 2、架构设计与容灾体系建设 1）制定并执行数据库高可用方案、容灾备份方案及监控体系，参与数据库架构设计与优化，支撑业务峰值场景； 2）负责数据库版本升级、平台迁移及异构数据库（如 Oracle 转 MySQL、MySQL 与 Kafka/ES 等）的数据同步方案设计与实施； 3、性能优化与业务支撑 1）驱动研发团队进行业务系统 SQL 持续优化，提升数据库整体性能，降低资源消耗； 2）支撑业务部门的数据获取、分析及临时需求，提供专业的数据库技术支持； 4、技术创新与能力提升 1）研究数据库领域新技术与最佳实践，引入自动化运维工具与平台，持续提升数据库运维效率与智能化水平；

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2、知识与能力 1）精通 MySQL 生态（至少一种主流数据库如 TiDB、TDSQL、OceanBase）的生产环境运维，深入理解其运行机制、架构原理及核心特性； 2）熟练运用上述数据库的监控、备份恢复、日志分析等管理工具，具备高可用集群（如主从复制、集群部署）搭建与调优经验； 3）具备数据库性能调优、复杂 SQL 优化、分布式数据库维护及自动化工具开发能力； 3、工作经验：5 年以上数据库运维相关工作经验； 4、个性特征 1）优秀的沟通协调与团队协作能力，能有效推动跨团队技术优化； 2）具备良好的文档编写能力，工作责任心强，积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力； 5、加分项 1）持有 Oracle OCP/OCM、MySQL OCP 等数据库认证者优先； 2）具备异构数据库迁移（如 Oracle → MySQL）或大规模数据库集群运维经验者优先。
