1.教育背景 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业 持有CPA、ACCA等专业资格证书者优先 2.工作经验 5年以上账务工作经验，有大型企业或集团公司经验者优先 有财务报表编制、系统优化、审计配合等相关经验 有团队管理或项目协调经验者优先 3.专业技能 精通会计准则和财务法规 熟悉财务系统操作，有系统优化经验 具备良好的财务报表分析能力 熟练掌握Office办公软件，特别是Excel 4.综合能力 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神 较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力 注重细节，工作严谨认真 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力
