全国监控调度体系搭建： 1、负责监控调度管理体系建设，优化监控调度相关的流程与制度； 2、统筹全国监控调度关键考核指标制定、跟进与改善工作； 视频监控联网/应用： 1、统筹全国视频监控管理工作的日常开展，维护及管理视频监控平台的稳定性及合规性; 2、应用视频监控相关功能，稽查现场操作的规范性，推动视频监控相关项目性工作迭代优化； 异常管理： 1、负责业务旺季统筹应对、中心进出港称重管理等相关工作； 团队管理： 1、负责团队人员日常管理，优化部门内工作流程及工作分工，搭建内部人才体系，激发团队战斗力和凝聚力。

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理相关专业。 2、八年以上物流快递行业工作经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验(有监控调度管理经验优先)；具有体系搭建、制度标准制定及考核方案制定的经验。 3、熟练使用快递物流运营管理系统、视频监控系统监控并推进中心现场管控，并熟知视频监控系统管理；熟知快递各环节操作流程与运营规则，并对高峰期进行统筹应对;熟练使用word、excel、ppt等办公软件； 4、有较强的语言表达能力，善于利用合理的表达技巧有效处理上级、下属、跨部门、代理区等关系，提升工作交流的质量和效率，推动部门工作落地;可快速协调处理如车辆异常、中心人员异动等异常事件; 5、有效制定部门目标，合理安排部门成员工作分工，规范并激励团队成员行为，高效完成工作，团队氛围较好 个性特征：自我驱动、服务意识、思维活跃。
