职责描述： 1、风险场景挖掘：基于业务风险评审、数据分析异常、案例研判、情报探查等内容，制定有效的预防及管控方案。 2、风控策略建设：负责整体风控策略执行效果，基于风险场景定义，通过数据分析识别风险漏洞，推动已有策略迭代优化，发现潜在的风险模式和规律固化识别策略，减少因策略老化引起的漏召和降准。 3、处理策略建设：基于风控模型，建立处理流程，平衡风险与业务收益。 4、风控平台&产品建设：协助完成风控系统的搭建。联动产研、算法推动风控系统和模型能力的持续迭代,确保需求高效的落地。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，金融、统计学、数学或计算机相关专业优先； 2、3年以上风控相关领域工作经验，熟悉黑产链条的运作模式和各类作弊手段优先，有物流行业、电商风控工作经验优先； 3、较强的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑思维，熟练使用SQL、R/Python等数据分析工具； 4、良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，自驱力强，注重团队协作精神
