职位描述 1、建设全集团的主数据项目，负责领域级主数据治理工作（如：物料、资产、人资、财务等） 2、建设主数据管理平台，推动各领域主数据在平台落地，并支持系统日常运营 3、深度参与集团各类主数据标准制定与主数据清洗工作，包括但不限于作为业务关键用户参与数据清洗等工作

职位要求 1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历； 2、知识与能力： 1）5年以上数据治理经验，深刻理解数据治理的咨询规划及实施推进； 2）参与过主数据、数据质量、数据标准等数据治理相关设计工作，同时具备甲乙方项目经理经验从优； 3）了解主数据管理平台，具备设计/运营/实施经验； 4）有良好的文档能力，擅长工作汇报、项目记录等文档; 3、工作经历： 1）具备快递行业数据产品相关经验优先； 2）有技术背景者优先； 3）主数据、数据中台的规划设计及实施相关经验者从优； 4、个性特征： 1）良好的沟通能力，能够与研发人员、业务人员进行有效沟通； 2）良好的逻辑思维能力； 3）具有团队合作精神和较强的抗压能力； 4）能够接受短期海外出差; 5）具备较高的责任感和团队合作精神，良好的道德品质和职业操守。
