1. 外汇体系与风控建设：搭建并迭代集团外汇管理制度、内控流程及风险管控体系，监督落地执行，全面防范汇率、跨境操作及监管合规风险。 2. 全球外汇资金统筹：建立外汇敞口管理与监控机制，制定“一国一策”差异化应对策略，统筹海外多币种外汇资金计划与动态管控，优化全球外汇资金配置与调拨，保障跨境资金流动性安全，提升资金使用效率。 3. 汇率风险对冲管理：研判汇率、利率市场走势，量化分析汇率波动对经营的影响；制定并落地远期、掉期、期权等外汇对冲策略，严控汇率风险，降低外汇损益。 4.跨境资金工具运营：负责全球外汇资金池、离岸资金池及跨境双向资金通道的搭建与优化，创新跨境外汇运作模式，精简流转链路、压降跨境资金成本。 5. 外汇合规管控：紧跟国内外外汇监管政策，统筹结售汇、跨境收支、海外资金留存等全流程合规管理，动态优化业务方案，规避政策风险。 6. 数字化与生态维护：推进外汇管理系统、银企直连等数字化建设，提升外汇作业自动化水平；维护金融机构合作关系，优化外汇交易效率与综合成本，定期输出外汇专项分析报告支撑管理层决策。

1.教育背景：财务、金融、经济类本科及以上学历，持有CPA、CMA、CFA等资格优先； 2.工作经验： 1） 6年以上大型企业资金管理经验，有上市公司、跨国集团资金管理岗经验优先，熟悉资金交易、外汇管理及融资工具； 2） 熟悉外汇管理政策； 3）熟练使用资金管理系统及数据分析工具； 3.软性素质： 1)敏锐的市场洞察力，对汇率、利率变动趋势有独立分析能力； 2)风险意识强，具备快速决策与应急处理能力； 3) 优秀的跨部门协作与谈判能力
