1、负责中国区日常收入结算管理，包括报价设置与审核、账单处理、收入预提与确认等相关工作，确保及时性与准确性，并定期出具复盘报告与优化方案，持续改善； 2、负责新业务结算方案评估与出具，政策归集和研究，确保相关结算工作正常开展； 3、负责收入结算系统的优化与迭代方案的出具，并对项目进度负责。 4、负责收入结算运营相关标准化文件编制； 5、负责组织代理区专项培训，参与骨干人员培养，赋能代理区，加强总部与代理区的联动； 6、负责建立复盘机制，对政策及系统进行专项复盘、综合复盘等。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，财务、金融或其他经济类、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、知识与能力：熟练使用各类办公软件与统计分析工具，具备较强的财务专业知识，持有会计职称者优先； 3、工作经历：3年以上财务工作经验，有大型企业或快递物流企业财务结算工作经验者优先； 4、个性特征：工作细致认真，且具备极强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，责任心与抗压能力强，思考与创新能力佳。 5、其他要求：对工作地点相对灵活，能接受出差等。
