1、负责新平台、已合作平台新服务要求的梳理及指标解析，对内培训落实，对外协同市场营销部优化协议规则； 2、建立及优化平台日常运营对接机制，内容包含但不限于平台对接人、通讯工具、数据平台、会议机制等，并指导各国落实； 3、监控各国各平台日常数据指标，主动与平台沟通，针对核心问题跟进改善解决； 4、打造数据产品，将各类数据报表以网站、APP、机器人、小程序等形式，提供各管理层及各国使用，为决策提供支持； 5、协助各国梳理优化关键指标数据的逻辑口径及重要系统功能，提升系统服务能力，搭建质量管控体系； 6、质控管控相关制度、流程的制定及编写。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，经验丰富者可放宽至大专。 2、知识与能力： ①熟练使用各类办公软件和系统，能很好进行各类数据分析表格呈现及问题解析措施跟进的文档展示； ②英语如能作为工作语言优先考虑。 3、工作经历：5年以上工作经验，3年以上快递行业质量控制相关工作经验。 4、个性特征： ①较强的责任心和抗压能力，能接受海外出差； ②较强的沟通协调能力和项目推进能力。
