【岗位背景】 加入极兔速递产研团队，核心参与构建支撑全球数百亿流水的海外财务结算中台。您将面对跨国、高并发的复杂结算场景，利用云原生与分布式技术，打造高精度、高可用、合规化的智能结算系统，赋能极兔全球业务的快速扩张。 【岗位职责】 核心系统研发：负责海外财务结算核心模块（代理商/网点结算、税务计算、资金对账等）的需求分析、方案设计与功能研发。 高可用架构建设：针对海外网络环境复杂、时区差异大等特点，设计并优化分布式结算架构，确保在海量订单峰值下（如双11、黑五）系统的稳定性与数据最终一致性。 全链路质量保障：主导代码评审与技术攻关，建立财务级数据校验机制，确保资金数据的准确性、完整性与可追溯性，零容忍资损风险。 业财融合迭代：深入理解各国财税合规要求，与产品、业务紧密协作，将复杂的业务规则转化为灵活、可扩展的系统模型，推动结算流程的自动化与智能化。

【任职要求】 1. 基础素质 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验。 具备极强的责任心与风险意识，对系统稳定性、数据一致性和资金安全有敬畏之心。 2. 技术硬实力 语言基础：精通Java，熟悉多线程编程及IO模型知识。 框架生态：精通Spring Cloud 微服务生态，熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架；了解DDD（领域驱动设计）并在复杂业务建模中有实际落地经验。 分布式技术： 熟练使用Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka等缓存与消息中间件，具备高并发下的削峰填谷、异步解耦设计能力。 熟悉海量数据存储方案，了解TiDB/OceanBase等NewSQL者优先。 工程化能力：熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle、Idea；
