1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，深入理解数据建模及业务抽象； 2、知识与能力：熟悉数据管理标准、元数据管理、数据质量管理； 3、工作经历：5年以上的基于Hadoop架构DW/BI项目实施和开发经验；熟悉Hadoop Hive, Spark sql等； 4、个性特质：良好的沟通能力和团队精神，具备创新意识。
