需求挖掘与业务抽象 1. 深入一线调研： 主动深入快递分拨中心、运输车队、末端网点，了解营运实操流程，挖掘财务核算与业务执行之间的断点、痛点。 2. 抽象产品需求： 将复杂的快递业务场景到财务应收，应付，收入，成本及费用等领域的财务需求，输出高质量的财务需求及财务端到端的业务流程图。 业财中台产品规划与设计 1. 计费与结算中心： 主导设计快递行业业财中台中会计引擎，分析引擎等核心模块，确保千万级日单量下的快速聚合及计算。 2. 成本分摊模型： 设计全链路运输/中转/派送成本分摊模型，支持按重量、体积、距离、路由等多维度将成本精准归集至单票快件。 3. 业财映射中心： 定义业务单据（揽件单、派件单、异常报告）到财务凭证（应收、应付、存货）的自动化转换规则，实现“业务发生即财务记账”。 推动产品落地与迭代 1. 项目管理： 协同内外部研发团队（自研团队或供应商），把控产品开发进度、质量及风险，确保产品按计划上线。 2. 数据验证与优化： 上线后持续跟踪系统运行数据，对比系统计算结果与手工报表，定位差异原因并推动产品迭代优化。 3. 用户反馈闭环： 建立财务部用户及业务端用户的反馈渠道，快速响应异常问题，不断提升产品体验。 跨部门协同与标准建设 1. 统一数据口径： 推动业务部门（营运、网管）与财务部门在主数据（客商、物料、成本中心）上达成一致，制定数据维护规范。 2. 经营分析赋能： 配合数据分析团队，基于业财中台输出的颗粒化数据，设计经营分析报表（如线路盈利分析、网点健康度看板），为管理层提供决策支持。
