三、任职要求 1. 教育背景 • 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、信息管理等相关专业优先。2. 工作经验 • 3年以上车辆管理、系统标准化、流程体系建设、系统运维或相关工作经验； • 有车辆管理系统、ERP系统或类似业务系统的标准化建设经验者优先； • 有业务系统从0到1的标准化体系搭建经验者优先。3. 专业能力 • 具备优秀的逻辑梳理与业务理解能力，能快速吃透跨部门业务流程，精准定位流程问题； • 擅长撰写结构化、落地式的标准化文档与SOP，具备较强的文档输出能力； • 了解系统开发流程与项目管理基本方法，具备一定的系统功能验收与联调跟进能力。4. 综合素质 • 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能高效推进产研、业务等多方协同； • 结果导向、细致严谨，具备较强的执行力和推动力； • 有较强的数据敏感度，能通过数据分析发现系统与流程问题。四、加分项 • 有车辆管理、物流运输行业系统标准化经验； • 有线下业务流程向线上系统转化的数字化落地经验；
