1、作为海外客户的主要对接人，建立并维护长期、稳固的客户关系，为客户提供定制化、专业化的国际物流解决方案，确保服务品质。 2、全程主动监控货物运输状态，提供及时、精准的节点反馈，高效、专业地处理运输过程中的各类异常情况及客户投诉，提升客户满意与忠诚度。 3、负责所在区域代理与供应商（包括车队、仓库、报关行等）的维护与管理，定期对合作伙伴进行服务绩效、稳定性及成本效益的全面评估与考核。 4、积极开拓并整合优质物流资源，持续优化和夯实海外本地化服务能力。 5、精准审核海外段各项物流费用，确保账目的准确性与合理性。 6、协同总部财务部门，高效完成与海外代理的月度/季度对账与结算工作。 7、通过市场调研、比价与商务谈判，有效控制并持续降低海外运营成本。

1、大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业，有海外工作经验或能接受长期驻外优先。 2、4年以上国际货代行业空运或海运操作经验，能独立、熟练处理从订舱到签收的全流程操作。 3、英语具备优秀的听说读写能力，能与海外客户及代理流畅沟通，熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的数据分析与报告能力。 4、能吃苦耐劳，具备高度的责任心、出色的跨文化沟通协调能力、卓越的客户服务意识及强大的抗压能力。
