1.负责产品或项目的整体测试工作,包含:功能、性能、自动化、代码质量走查等方面; 2.根据公司相关流程规范,完成项目测试计划制定,需求分析,脑图设计,需求返讲,用例设计,系统测试并综合分析版本质量出具测试报告; 3.跟开发人员紧密合作,优化、提高研发测试效率和输出质量,利用测试驱动,推动项目顺利按计划进行; 4.发现团队、项目在质量管控上的问题并予以改善; 5.能够通过对测试专项及产品业务的自主钻研,并通过日常交流及定期分享方式,提高团队整体技能。

1.统招全日制公办本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,8年以上工作经验，2年以上10人团队管理经验; 2.熟悉CI/CD; 3.熟悉java或python; 3.熟悉Linux、UNIX系统,能够熟练应用命令自主搭建测试环境并发布产品版本; 4.熟练应用sql语句结合功能测试,快速定位问题; 5.精通测试专项知识(性能测试和自动化测试); 6.熟悉测试流程及测试相关规范,并驱动开发推动项目进度; 7.有物流或互联网行业测试经验者优先;
