1、熟练处理空运操作事务，负责跟进日常订舱、制单、报关操作，装板等一系列空运操作。 2、善于与客户及合作航空公司/同行/合作代理的日常工作联络沟通。 3、货物动态的跟踪并及时通知客户及代理，处理货物异常情况。 4、对所操作的货物进行跟踪，及时与客户/销售员进行沟通处理各类突发事件。 5、负责将所有货物信息准确及时录入公司系统。 6、能完成上级交办的其它相关工作。

1、大专及以上学历，物流管理、外贸、英语专业等毕业者优先。 2、1年以内货代操作经验，熟悉空运操作，能够独立处理日常货物操作，有相关操作经验。 3、英语四级以上，应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件。 4、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
