职位概述 我们正在寻找一位具备深厚国际所得税专业背景及税务系统优化经验的税务专家加入集团税务团队。作为集团所得税领域的核心骨干，您将主导全球范围内的所得税合规与报告工作，并深度参与集团税务数字化建设，通过系统优化与自动化改造，提升集团合并所得税及递延所得税计算的准确性与效率。 核心岗位职责 1. 集团所得税合规与报告管理 主导集团整体企业所得税及递延所得税的核算、计提（Tax Provision）与合并报告工作，确保符合国际财务报告准则（IFRS）及当地会计准则要求。 负责复核集团层面的所得税费用分析、有效税率（ETR）波动解释及重大税务事项披露。 统筹管理跨国物流业务在东南亚、拉美、中东等新兴市场的所得税纳税申报与合规工作，精准把控当地复杂的纳税调整规则与税收优惠政策。 对接外部审计师、当地税务团队及税务机关，协助所得税相关的审计沟通与税务稽查应对。 2. 税务系统开发与自动化优化 担任集团所得税自动计提系统的核心业务负责人，深度参与系统的需求分析、功能开发、测试及日常运维工作。 协同信息化部门与外部供应商，持续优化所得税计算逻辑与数据接口，实现从ERP财务数据到税务申报表的自动化流转，大幅提升合并所得税与递延所得税的计算效率。 建立系统内控与复核机制，定期排查系统计算逻辑的准确性与数据完整性，确保税务系统输出的合规性与可靠性。 推动税务数字化工具的落地应用，通过系统手段解决跨国多准则、多币种下的复杂税务核算痛点。

1. 教育背景与专业资质 统招本科及以上学历，会计、税务、财务管理等相关专业。 持有注册会计师（CPA）、税务师（CTA）或国际同等专业资质（如ACCA、AICPA等）者优先。 2. 专业经验要求 拥有8年以上大型跨国企业或四大会计师事务所税务工作经验，其中至少3年以上专注于企业所得税及递延所得税实务。 具备扎实的跨国所得税实务能力，熟悉东南亚、拉美、中东等地区的所得税法规、掌握纳税调整的基础逻辑。 3. 系统与技术能力 具备税务信息化实战经验与业务逻辑梳理能力，能够将复杂的税务法规与核算准则转化为清晰的系统需求文档与计算逻辑。 熟练掌握Excel高级功能，具备SQL、Python或VBA等数据处理与分析能力者优先。
