1、负责国际跨境快递结算系统后端研发与迭代，主打德国、英国、澳大利亚专线物流财务、账单、结算全链路业务； 2、负责运单计费、揽派结算、运力结算、财务账单生成、对账核算等核心模块开发，保障算费精准、账单稳定产出； 3、负责多区域、多维度的数据统计、小时级指标、同比环比数据分析能力落地，支撑业务经营监控； 4、持续优化结算系统性能，解决大流量、大数据量下的账单重算、锁账、入账、数据同步、ES同步等技术问题，保障月结、日结、小时级数据稳定； 5、对接业务、财务、运营团队，梳理国际跨境物流结算业务规则，输出技术方案，支撑业务规模化扩张； 6、保障系统高可用、数据一致性、账务准确性，跟进线上问题排查、故障修复、数据订正。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上后端开发经验，熟练掌握 Java、SpringBoot、SpringCloud 主流微服务开发； 2、熟练掌握 MySQL，懂索引优化、慢查询优化、大表分页、数据去重、事务一致性，有大数据量业务系统开发经验优先； 3、有物流、快递、供应链、财务结算、账单、计费、对账相关业务经验优先，熟悉费用核算、账单生成、重算机制、锁账逻辑； 4、熟悉大数据量统计、小时/日维度数据聚合、报表指标开发，有 StarRocks / OLAP 表使用经验优先； 5、具备良好的业务理解能力，能够快速吃透复杂结算规则、多维度网点/财务中心/加盟商体系； 6、代码规范，具备问题排查、线上故障复盘、性能优化能力，责任心强，对账务数据准确性有极高敬畏心； 7、有跨境物流、国际专线、海外网点业务经验者优先。 岗位亮点 1、业务核心：负责公司国际德/英/澳核心专线结算系统，属于营收核心链路，业务稳定、价值高； 2、成长扎实：深度接触物流计费、财务结算、加盟商对账、账单统计等核心业务，业务壁垒高、个人成长快； 3、团队稳定：财务结算专项团队，专注度高、分工清晰、氛围轻松。 加分项 1、有快递物流行业结算、计费、账单、加盟商系统开发经验； 2、熟悉 OLAP、数据分区、位图索引、数据同步 ES 等技术； 3、做过批量任务、定时重算、数据订正、账务一致性保障相关功能。
