1、负责欧洲、澳洲海外业务【服务质量】或【客户渠道】或【智慧运力】模块的后端架构设计与核心开发，保障海外系统稳定迭代，支撑业务落地；-- 3个模块择其一即可； 2、独立负责模块技术方案评审、难点攻坚，把控代码质量、性能与稳定性，做好技术风险识别与治理； 3、兼顾团队管理，实线管理 1-4 名研发同学，负责任务拆解、技术指导、人员培养，推进模块研发交付； 4、对接产品、业务团队，理解海外市场业务诉求，持续优化系统架构，推动技术降本增效。

1、学历与专业：计算机相关专业，统招本科及以上学历。 2、知识与能力： 01. Java基础扎实；熟练掌握常用数据结构，熟悉设计模式。 02. 熟悉Spring 、SpringMVC、SpringBoot，SpringCloud经验。 03. 熟悉常用中间件 RabbitMQ、Redis、xxl-job、Apollo。 04. 熟悉Elasticsearch使用经验优先。 05. 熟悉Docker、熟练使用K8S、Jenkins。 06. 熟悉Oracle或Mysql，对SQL优化有独立分析的能力。 3、工作履历：6年以上Java开发经验，有物流/供应链相关行业经验优先。 4、个性特征：责任心强，抗压，好学，务实。
