职责描述： 1、负责对应部门内控体系建设和完善，包含制度、流程、权限等梳理和有效性评价工作； 2、深入理解业务流程和系统逻辑，梳理并识别关键流程和关键控制点，提出流程优化、授权优化等方案，平衡风险及效率，管理流程简洁高效。搭建数字化流程效率看板。 3、负责对应部门风险体系建设工作，进行风险评估，搭建风险库，识别KRI，搭建数字化内控风险模型。 4、与业务部门密切合作，协助业务跟踪关注风险控制情况，推动业务部门改进各类问题，提出动态改进建议。 5、综合运用AI工具，对业务管理健康度提供有针对性的诊断建议和管理解决方案。 6、协助外部审计进行内控评价工作；

职位要求 1、学历与专业：大学本科及以上学历；财务管理、会计学等管理专业；持有CISA、CPA、CIA资质优先。 2、知识与能力：熟练掌握SQL数据分析能力、BI可视化看板搭建能力，熟练使用至少一种AI工具（ChatGPT/Claude/Codex/OpenClaw/Gemini等）辅助日常工作，具备AI思维与工具应用能力 3、工作经历：5年及以上相关甲乙方工作经验，物流快递、电商、互联网行业从业或项目经历者优先；四大会计师事务所相关咨询优先；上市企业内控经验者优先。
