负责自建项目从立项到项目投产全过程管理工作。 1. 制定项目总体规划：组织制定项目总体规划，全面负责项目部质量、进度、安全等日程管理工作； 2. 制定工作计划：负责推进各个项目施工方案及进度计划（周、月、季度）的编制和落实；审核各类项目实施计划的合理性，领导团队完成项目目标； 3. 部门制度：建立、完善并推行部门各项项目管理管理制度、流程、技术标准和规范； 4. 方案评审：负责对设计方案、技术图纸、施工方案、项目成本等进行评审和优化，从项目管理端对设计及成本提出合理化建议； 5. 负责推动项目的全过程周期管理，协调内外部资源，解决项目推进过程中的异常情况，确保项目按时保质完成； 6. 协助国家公司完成的各类工程项目的流程搭建，并收集反馈，持续优化工作流程。

1. 学历及专业要求： 本科8年以上（硕士4年以上）相关工作经验；工程管理、土木工程等相关专业；有一级建造师者优先； 2. 工作经验要求： 深入理解本行业的技术标准、规范、工艺流程和设备； 有全过程工程项目管理工作经验，了解常见施工工艺；有物流地产工作经验优先； 3. 海外项目经验：作为项目负责人，推动不低于2个海外工业项目竣工投产； 4. 通用知识与技能：熟练使用CAD、Project等工程项目管理软件；英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言； 5. 素质要求： 具有高度责任感、原则性强、严谨细致和成本意识；出色的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力、执行力、书面表达能力；具备强烈的目标企图心；能接受海外项目长、短期出差或驻场。
