1、负责欧洲、英国、澳洲等区域网络营运产品规划与建设，覆盖转运、分拣、运力、网点、末端派送等核心业务场景。 2、深入业务现场开展需求调研，识别业务痛点，完成业务流程梳理、产品方案设计及需求落地。 3、负责网络营运相关PC、APP、PDA/Pad等产品设计，持续提升营运效率、服务质量及用户体验。 4、推动不同国家业务需求标准化、平台化建设，平衡全球通用能力与国家差异化需求。 5、基于时效、质量、成本、效率等核心指标开展数据分析，持续优化产品及业务流程。 6、协同营运、研发、测试、数据及海外国家团队，推动跨部门、跨区域项目交付并对结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、产品管理、物流管理等相关专业优先，3 年及以上产品经理相关工作经验。 2、熟练掌握产品设计工具（Axure、墨刀、Visio 等），具备扎实的需求分析、原型设计、PRD 撰写能力，能独立完成产品全流程推进。 3、有国内外快递行业经验者优先。 4、能独立应对区域化产品设计难点者优先。
