1、产品规划与管理 1）负责 客服全线产品的整体规划和生命周期管理，确保产品能够按时上线并达到预期效果； 2）调研业务需求，撰写需求文档，协调研发资源进行产品开发； 3）跟踪行业趋势和市场动态，持续优化AI客服产品功能，以保持市场竞争优势。 2、需求收集与分析 1）与客户，海外各国业务，客服产品用户等紧密交流，定期收集用户反馈和需求； 2）对用户需求进行深入分析，了解AI在线客服，AI热线客服的实际应用，寻找AI模型赋能物流的应用场景； 3）了解物流行业的客服，理赔，仲裁，工单系统，IM系统等产品逻辑； 4）制定优先级清晰的产品功能需求列表，通过数据驱动决策，快速推动落地。 3、数据监控与优化 1）确认需求上线的各国核心指标，上线后监控指标情况，及时处理线上问题； 2）通过数据分析发现问题，提出并实施改进措施，提升 AI 客服系统的整体性能和用户体验。 4、合作与沟通 1）与公司内部团队（如各国业务部门，技术团队）以及外部供应商（如云服务提供商，AI 技术合作伙伴）建立并维护良好的合作关系； 2）负责跨部门沟通，确保所有相关方对产品目标、进展和挑战有一致的理解。
