1、能独立负责公司WEB/APP端等产品软件测试工作； 2、能独立设计合理的测试用例及策略，参与到具体的测试执行工作中，并进行缺陷跟踪和质量分析等； 3、准确地定位并跟踪BUG，推动问题及时合理地解决，确保质量，遇到问题能及时反馈预警； 4、定期提交产品测试总结报告、缺陷统计分析报告，上线前对产品做出客观的风险评估； 5、积极主动、提供前沿技术和创新思路，提高整体测试质量与效率

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历； 2、知识与能力： （1）精通需求分析、软件测试策略、测试用例设计方法、测试用例管理； （2）熟悉mysql、ORACLE、Redis、Fiddler、F12抓包等工具 （3）熟悉消息中间件、jmeter、postman、elk等常用测试工具 （4）熟练使用Git，编程语言java或者python中的一种，能够根据实际背景开发测试工具 （5）了解微服务、集群、虚拟化、Docker等一定的运维相关概念和技术 （6）有一定安全测试基础，知道常见安全漏洞原理，比如XSS/SQL注入/命令注入等，会使用burpsuite/Webscrab等代理工具. 3、工作经历：5年以上互联网相关行业的实际测试经验，有带20人以上团队经验，熟悉软件测试理论及方法；有APP的专项测试、性能测试调优、或有开平和对接三方接口经验的优先， 4、性格特征：具备良好的沟通协调能力、高效的执行力、团队精神与抗压能力。
