职位描述 1、系统规划与建设： ①负责路由规划相关系统的整体产品架构设计，支撑干线、支线的规划与监控需求； ②推动路由规划、时效管理、流程标准化等业务场景的系统落地与持续优化。 2、需求对接与管理： ①对接路由规划、时效管理、流程制度等业务需求，转化为清晰的产品需求文档； ②协同业务方梳理静态路由、动态路由、动静对比等分析逻辑，推动系统功能精准匹配业务场景。 3、功能设计与优化： ①主导路由规划、时效监控、报表分析等模块的功能设计，提升系统在规划、监控、分析环节的自动化与智能化水平； ②持续优化系统交互体验，提升业务方使用效率。 4、数据与报表支持： ①设计并完善路由规划相关的数据指标体系，推动报表系统化、可视化； ②监控系统数据异常，协同业务分析原因并推动系统改进。 5、系统落地与推广： ①协调技术、测试、业务等多方资源，保障系统高质量上线与迭代； ②负责系统功能宣贯、培训与推广，提升业务方系统使用深度与满意度。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，五年以上物流、供应链领域系统产品经理经验，有快递行业路由规划、网络规划、时效管理等系统建设经验者优先； 2、熟悉路由规划、干线/支线网络、时效管理等相关业务流程，具备较强的业务理解与抽象能力； 3、具备优秀的产品规划与需求分析能力，能独立完成从需求挖掘到系统上线的全流程产品管理； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、抗压能力与团队合作精神，能高效推动复杂项目落地。 5、有海外国家项目经历者优先；
