1. 岗位职责： （1）负责资产管理考核指标制定、跟进及达成； （2）负责资产管理项目的方案制定、统筹管理及结果交付； （3）负责资产系统的搭建及优化，跨部门项目协同推进； （4）负责资产管理制度、流程标准的搭建及优化； （5）负责资产全生命周期成本与价值管理，以提升资产使用效率与回报率； （6）负责组织资产盘点，监督日常管理及利旧、处置等重要环节的规范执行； （7）负责资产管理相关的文档手册管理及内部培训宣导，提升全员资产意识。

2. 任职要求： （1）学历与专业：本科及以上学历，物流管理或财务等相关专业优先。 （2）知识与能力：①精通行业常用资产的使用场景及生命管理全周期；②具备公司级系统项目经验；③熟练使用Office类办公软件。 （3）工作经历：五年以上快递或物流行业资产管理岗位经验。 （4）个性特征：①对所负责的工作内容尽心尽责，不推卸责任；②具备前瞻性目光；③具备数据敏感性；④善于沟通协调。
